Are you thinking about installing a screen door? The request must be submitted to the Association for approval. NO WHITE SCREEN DOORS. The screen doors must be BLACK. If you have installed a screen door that is White, you MUST paint it black.
All Satellite Dish installations, screen doors, new front doors, windows, cable cords, etc. must be submitted to the Assocation before you make any changes.
If you install something without approval, you will be requested to remove the change.
