Homeowner Parking Spaces

Each homeowner has two parking spaces. You may ONLY park two vehicles in the parking garage, unless you are renting a space from another homeowner.

All other vehicles need to be parked off property. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Visitor parking is for visitors not your third or fourth personal vehicle.

VISITOR PARKING SPACES

HOMEOWNERS---If you are parking any of your vehicles in the visitor parking spaces, the Association will start to tow your vehicles. The Association has implemented Visitor Parking Permits. Each homeowner has been dispensed ONE Visitor Parking Permit. This permit is for your Visitor's ONLY. This permit MUST be displayed in your visitor's front window shield at all times when visiting.

Failure to have this visitors permit displayed will result in the car being towed. No Exceptions. All violators will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

DO NOT park your third or fourth vehicles in the Visitor Parking areas. NO EXCEPTIONS. These vehicles need to be parked off property.

Visitor Parking is for community VISITORS.

If Someone Is Parked in Your Personal Parking Space

Each homeowner has two parking spaces. If someone is parking in your personal parking space, you can contact TO MO TOWING to have the vehicle removed from your parking space.

Tell them you are requesting a private property impound and the vehicle owner will be charged for the towing (not you).

Do Not park in another resident's parking space.

Loading Zones

There are two loading zones located in the back of the parking garage.

These loading zones is limited to 30 minutes.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Leaving your vehicle past the 30 minute loading zone will result in your vehicle being towed.
