Trash Area

When throwing away your trash, please break down all boxes. This will leave room for more trash in the dumpsters. The Trash Company is having a problem with our dumpsters. They have fined us for the dumpsters being filled over the fill line. All trash in the dumpster must be lower than the top of the dumpster.

If the dumpster is full, please do not put your trash in the container. Never leave anything on the ground inside the dumpster area. Breaking down boxes will help in the overfilling of the dumpsters.

DO NOT LEAVE FURNITURE, APPLIANCES, TRASH, BULK ITEMS, OR ANYTHING IN THE DUMPSTER AREA. WASTE MGMT TRASH COMPANY DO NOT TAKE THESE ITEMS.

SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS WILL CATCH YOU AND YOU WILL BE FINED UP TO $250 AS WE HAVE TO DISPATCH A PRIVATE COMPANY TO DISPOSE OF THESE ITEMS.

PLEASE DO NOT DUMP YOUR UNWANTED FURNITURE, WATER HEATERS OR OLD APPLIANCES in the Community trash area.

WE HAVE CAMERA'S AND CAN SEE WHO YOU ARE AND THE ASSOCIATION WILL FINE YOU SINCE WE HAVE TO HIRE A COMPANY TO PICK UP AND DISPOSE THESE ITEMS. 

We have also been receiving complaints that people are leaving trash bags in front of the trash area and are also dumping in front of the trash bins. Please do not be lazy. Please dump your trash in the bins.
